Who is Noël W?

 

I have been in the service industry for nearly 10 years as a hairstylist with a great sense and awareness of life. I have a passion for helping other people find themselves and permanent solutions to personal issues. Hair styling has always been a part of my life and people have trusted me with their hair for many special occasions since high school! 

 

Earning my cosmetology license through Aveda Fredric’s taught me how to be confident in my styling, business, and furthering my education. During my training, graduation, and beyond, I operated as COO for a national hair extensions retail company generating on average $3 million in revenue each year. As the brand grew over 6 years, I outgrew the brand and I resigned to find my next path! 

 

Then birthed the official By Noel Hair Studio at Posh Coiffure Studios in 2019. Here I specialize in natural haircare and protective styling. Being confident in your own hair starts with knowledge of how to care for it. I encourage my clients to maintain haircuts, deep conditioning, scalp treatments and more. My studio welcomes children, women, men, well basically the whole family! Lasting braid styles and quality hair cuts are what my clients rant and rave about.
